It Is Written TV exists to guide you into a deeper understanding of God’s Word, through inspiring Christian programs that are authentic, practical, and Bible-based.

It Is Written TV is a ministry of It Is Written, a Christian organization founded in 1956 by George Vandeman with the goal of sharing insights from God’s Word on television. 

That mission has expanded over the years to include satellite and digital television, websites and mobile apps, global evangelistic campaigns, and faith-building resources. The ministry continues to grow today under the leadership of current president John Bradshaw.

The theme of It Is Written can be found in Matthew 4:4: “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'”

It Is Written exists to reach those who are seeking. As such we work to make     our content available to all regardless of impairments or disabilities.
